Property Access
To allow us to carry out your cleaning service as scheduled, please ensure our team can access the property at the agreed time. Access can be provided by:

You being present at the property
-
Providing a key
-
Using a secure key safe

If access is not available as arranged, this will be treated as a missed appointment.

Missed Access Charges
If our team arrives and is unable to access the property because no one is present or a key/key safe has not been provided, We Clean Any Surface reserves the right to charge 100% of the scheduled service fee. This charge helps cover the cleaner’s time, travel, and preparation costs.

Rescheduling
If access is missed, the service will need to be rescheduled. Rescheduled appointments are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for ensuring any keys or key safes provided are working correctly and accessible at the time of service.

While we take reasonable care, We Clean Any Surface cannot accept liability for lost, stolen, or damaged keys once they have been provided or accessed for service purposes.
​
If you are one of our regular Blitz clean clients and no longer require our service, we kindly ask that a minimum of two weeks’ notice is provided.

By booking a service with We Clean Any Surface, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these property access terms and any associated charges.
