We Clean Any Surface – Terms & Conditions for Property Access

Property Access:

Clients must ensure that our cleaning staff can access the property at the scheduled service time. Access must be provided either by the client being present, providing a key, or a secure key safe.

Failure to provide access as agreed will be considered a missed appointment.

Charges for Missed Access:

If our staff arrive and are unable to access the property due to the client not being present or a key/key safe not being provided, We Clean Any Surface reserves the right to charge 100% of the service fee.

This fee covers the cleaner’s time, travel, and preparation costs.

Rescheduling:

Missed access incidents require the client to reschedule the service. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Client Responsibility:

Clients are responsible for ensuring that keys provided are functional and accessible.

We Clean Any Surface is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged keys once collected or accessed for service purposes.

By booking a service, clients agree to these terms and conditions regarding property access and associated charges.
